What families offer

  • A written contract and your salary paid through PAYE, with payslips.
  • At least the National Living Wage for every hour you work (£12.71 an hour from April 2026), also if you live in.
  • Paid holiday of 5.6 weeks a year and agreed days off.
  • For live-in jobs, your own room.

What we ask of you

  • The right to work in the UK: a British or Irish passport, or a share code for settled or pre-settled status, indefinite leave to remain or a visa that allows this work.
  • Experience as a housekeeper, nanny or carer.
  • If you have them, references from families you have worked for, with their phone number.
  • A photo of yourself for your profile.

UK law does not allow agencies to charge people looking for work, and we never do: no registration fee, no placement fee, nothing. If anyone asks you for money in our name, please tell us.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to speak perfect English?+

You need to be able to communicate well with the family. We talk to every candidate and tell families honestly how well each one speaks English.

I do not live in London. Can I register?+

Yes. Tell us where you live and where you would work, and we will offer you the jobs in those areas.

Who is my employer?+

The family. They employ you directly, with a written contract. We introduce you and help you both before and after you start.
